Re: [MS_AccessPros] Virtual machine to fevelop

Hi Liz,

I expect most professional developers who create solutions for multiple clients will have virtual machines running different operating systems and/or versions of MS Office. A favorite is VMWARE but there are others.

I haven't done this in a number of years since my employer has a fairly standard environment. I have used https://www.virtualbox.org/ to install SQL Server.

Has anyone had any experience using a virtual machine to do VBA development on? I want to see if I can do that or if I need to buy a new computer. I also will want to install SQL server and visual studio. Any advice is highly appreciated.
