Nigel,
"tblZZZInWarranty" seems like a table name, not a field name. What is the name of the actual field as well as the name of the form and option group?
Thanks,
Duane Hookom

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Using option group choices in a query
Hi all,
I have a form with various options that feed into a query. I have added and option group with 3 choices (InWarranty, OutOfWarranty, AllReturns) to the form, but am not sure and struggling to write the critera code in the query for the InWarranty field.
Basically...
- If user chooses InWarranty (index 1) - the query must select all records where tblZZZInWarranty = True
- If user chooses OutOfWarranty (index 2) - the query must select all records where tblZZZInWarranty = False
- If user chooses AllReturns (index 3) - the query must select all records
Can someone point me in the right direction with the criteria code please?
