So far you have been given three bits of advice. Have you tried any of them? Restating your problem is not going to fix it.
I highly recommend the C&R and the Decompile - however, Bill's statement about AC2007 being buggy is well known throughout the community. Doing a complete uninstall the the 3rd party software he recommend and a full install with ALL the updates is what you should do first, especially if you have attempted an uninstall and reinstall already,
Please try these and then report back how you fared, otherwise we are just covering ground that has already been covered.
