RE: [MS_AccessPros] outlook does not recognize one or more names

Hi Kat

Sorry – I'm a bit late to the party here J

This is clearly a change in behaviour with the version of Outlook.  However, I suggest you try commenting out the .Save before the .Send

.Save explicitly saves the message to your Drafts folder, so it's possible that it's been changed to also "close" the message, meaning that the subsequent .Send  has no effect.

Best wishes,

Hi Liz!

Yes, I have used the breakpoint and found that this error occurs when an email with this format, for example, Katrina.M.Matthews@ehi.com.  Instead of automatically sending the email, the error pops up, and it places the email in my draft box in Outlook.  I can then send the email from there, and it goes through to the recipient with no problems.  However, before I upgraded to Outlook 2016, the email was automatically sent with no issues.  I'm not sure why it's happening now.

Any help you can give me is much appreciated!

Thanks!

Kat
