Kumar - You mentioned that you re-installed Access. Did you uninstall and re-install the entire Office suite? Using the Control Panel to uninstall will leave lots of files behind. I recommend using Revo Uninstaller to completely un-install.

Also, be sure to get ALL of the windows and Office updates. Office 2007 was full of bugs.
