Which version of Access are you using?
Perhaps you have not selected one of the controls in the group?

I have generated a report with the fields that I need. The Report
maker has empty cells that prevent me from moving the data cells.
There is also a dotted are around the fields. How do I delete the
empty cells and remove that dot ted line?
Many thanks,
Robin Chapple

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
