Duane,
I think I tried that but it is possible that I did miss the obvious at this point. I'm on the train now, but will try first thing when I get to office.
Thank you,
Patty

Patricia,
Report and Group headers and footers display in subreports. Page sections do not. Can you place your titles and aggregate values in the subreport "Report" header?

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Reporting errorI have a report with 6 sub reports. The titles for the reports are on the main port, as headers do not display when report is used as subreport.
Two of the titles include a Count from their subreport. The report is output to PDF.
My problem is, if a report has no data. On the report titles with no Count I have use on no data to hide the report with a label that states no data to report. Not great but ok.
On titles with Count the report hides ok and I have a workaround (several) that work in Print Preview but error in PDF. My preferred work around is to display a "0" in place of the Count in the title.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts and expertise,
Patty
I do not understand the PDF difference, and most of all I do not understand how to resolve.
Is anyone familiar with this issue?
