I have that problem from time to time when I am remoting to another computer, but I haven't seen it on my own local machine. That said, your mouse might have an option to make it grab a larger area. If it does try going into your mouse setup and making the pointer less sensitive.

I am running Access 2016 in Windows 10 on an 'HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13' laptop. I use a mouse and a track pad. My pointer (arrow icon) has a huge amount of difficulty grabbing a table and changing the size of it. I hover over a corner, and (when I'm lucky) the pointer changes to the 'resize' icon (two arrows), then I click down, instead of grabbing the corner (so I can move it), that new icon turns back to the standard arrow (so I cannot resize the table). Presumably I need a thicker/'more grabbable' outline around the table, or less precision with the mouse (but there are no issues resizing other Office programs, such as Excel spreadsheets). The upper left table corner works better than the lower right (which almost never works). I've never had the problem before, and I presume there is a compatibility problem with the type of laptop that I have. Nonetheless, I'm hoping for any solution.
