One more thing I do...If I can't grab the border I grab the table by the title bar and move it just a tad. After that, I an grab the boarder and resize.
PS - Can you please include the entire thread when responding. It makes it easier to look back on the details before answering. John is constantly chastising me for forgetting the history part. :-)

Thanks to both of you, your answers helped me. I have a pathetic solution that works about 1/3 of the time. In short, 'Windows Magnifier' (inside 'Settings') increases the general view area to 1500% and more. Coming in closer helps the grab.
