The simplest way is to set the Default Value of all three fields to 0. In Before Update of the form, check all three fields and ensure only one has a non-zero value. If the user has entered multiple values, display an error message and cancel the update so the user can fix the problem.

Access 2010. On a form, there are three currency fields, A, B, and C.
When new record is added only one these fields would have value greater than zero other two fields would stay blank.
What I need is that the value of other two fields instead of blank becomes equal to zero.
Thank you. Ken
