sorry I was not very clear 

I want the operator insert some data in a remote database and this is possible linking table 

as you  wrote,  but I would like also  that operator press a button in his database that invoke the procedure in the remote computer.

What I do not know is how to invoke the batch file in the other computer 

hope is a litle bit more clear
