Doyce. Thanks. This made me smile. I went the rounds the other day on something that I could clearly see was not on a pdf report. They kept saying it was, and then I realized that my scroll on the mouse kept snapping past that data. Once I put the pdfs in a 2 page mode I could see it there.

I feel really stupid. The query is working just fine. I didn't scroll down far enough. I have a lot of part numbers in my inventory without any quantity on hand. I've added criteria now that eliminates parts without quantities.

When there is no matching row in the Totals query for a particular part number, you should get zero for OnHandExtension because OnHand will be Null. Are you sure there are matching rows?
