[MS_AccessPros] Re: Help with form/query

John -

I managed to get the code, and now I get 7 records that show that the permits have expired. However, now the code that is setup to email the companies is not working. I am getting a syntax error on the following piece of code:

.Subject = "GT Permits"
.Body = "Sir/Madam:" & _
               & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "Please be advised that the" & rst![CompanyName]"," & "Unit #" & rst![UnitNo] & "City Permit has expired or will expire on" & _
                            rst![CityPermit_ExpDate] & _
                            "." & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "You are required to have a current City Permit in order to obtain a GT Permit to operate at the Airport.  Please contact Rosalinda, at (830) 676-0251, ext. 1210 or by email atrosalindac@gmail.com should you have any questions.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated." & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & "Thank you."

Thanks for your help!! :)
