I would use: \\server name\DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES\Database Mappings and Documents\PeopleSoft Datawarehouse\Html files\Unmatched Titles Process.htm" '& Me.PolicyNo.Value
That way if someone using your database doesn't have their W: drive mapped to the same drive you reference the document will still open. I've learned this the hard way.
