Actually, never mind. In my flawed thinking I realized that I have to do additional work. If the issue is going to be several hundreds of users on at the same time, then the same would go for the links to the other back ends. Those in turn would also need to be migrated to sql server. I need to think this through better. I’m glad I have time on my side.

Bill, you gave me a link to the SQL server migration assistant and I’ve downloaded it and installed it. I have this database link to more than one access back end, but I’d prefer to have one sql back end and other access back ends. Is this doable?
