Hi John, I am sorry, I do not understand well.

I click the sign on form.

I signed in as a user who is a manager.

I got the main form, the one hat has the main switch board.

I click on the employee tab and this opens the form to view the employees, add employees ans so forth.

I am logged in as a manager, but I still cannot change the manager status of any employee.

If I click add new, the new record has the manager check box disabled.

One more question, for someone to be able to add employees, does he / she have to be a manager?

Where in the frmCustomers gets this dialog box called?

I only see it on the main switch board?

Thanks John.
