That dialog gets called from the Signon form and frmCustomers. If you enter a new name on the Signon form, you cannot define that user as a "manager" because it requires that a manager is signed on to do that. If you sign on as a manager and then try to enter a new employee in frmCustomers, you will be allowed to designate that employee as a manager.

How come I cannot select the is manager field.
The only way I can select if someone is a manager is by going directly to the table.
Am I doing something wrong?
