[MS_AccessPros] Entering new employees into inventory database

 

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a fantastic weekend.

I playing around with the inventory database that comes with John's book.

I entering a new employee using the form fdlEmployeeAdd

How come I cannot select the is manager field.

The only way I can select if someone is a manager is by going directly to the table.

Am I doing something wrong?
