I found the proper way to do the formatting. All the things I had read said to separate the parts with the semicolon character. What actually works is to use the space character to separate the parts.
dd-mmm-yy hh AM/PM
Is there a difference between the way VB and VBA handle date formatting? And maybe I was seeing VB information instead of VBA?
