I am trying to get a date field formatted (or input masked) so that the user enters the date and the hour that a reading was taken. I have read many format and input mask documents, and I cannot get my date/time field to show anything but the date.
I have tried General Date with various formats and input masks and no success. I was hoping that
dd-mmm-yyyy; H; a/p
would give me the date and time such as 07-Jan-2017 10a
I just want the hour, but if I have to take the minutes along with it, that is OK. I just don't want the user to have to input minutes when they are irrelevant. I just need to be able to calculate the hours between readings.
