Thanks for your reply. One more question, what if users try to add more  pictures in the attachment. Is anyway to prevent this happen? So users can only add one picture in the attachment field. Thanks in advance.

Yes/no,

There is no equivalent in MSSQL for the Access Attachment Field type. You can store binary Objects/attachments in SQL Server but not as attachments in the Access field type (Multi-valued field types are also not supported on SQL Server.)
