Re: [MS_AccessPros] Re: weird page visibility issue

Hi Bill,

my eyes dry out too -- perhaps a humidifier in the environment where you are will help ... too bad they aren't so good for computers.  I have one -- just don't aim the water at my parts .... but then again, some is ok -- helps coagulate the dust buildup so Q-tips can do the job ~

and heaters... I don't like them either .... sometimes though it is a must since it also is cold!  In a car, I have found that it helps not to open the upper vents, and crack a window just past where it whistles ~ and when inside, splash cold water on the face and especially eyes ... rehydrate :)

btw, in my eyes, you are a king ... perhaps it is time to blog?

hope you are well ... and you too, Liz.

warm regards,
crystal

~ have an awesome day ~

Liz-

So far I'm just using eye drops. My ophthalmologist says that's the way to go.  My sister is using Restasis but says she can't tell if it is helping or not. She still uses eye drops.

Remembering to look away from my monitor once in a while is the hardest part but helps a lot. I've had to learn to live with my car heater/air conditioner set so it rarely comes on. That really dries out my eyes.

Bill, I'll follow this thread because eyes for those of us working long hours on computers is an issue.

Are you getting treatment for your syndrome them?

I also have a lot of floaters and found a doctor in VA who has been doing surgeries with a different type of laser with a 95% success rate.  I had a recent PVD in just the last few weeks so I've got a bunch more.  At least it isn't what it could be since my lenses were replaced from cataract surgery.  Oh the woes.  I won't even begin to bother you with the rare AZOOR  I got in 95.

I can sympathize. I've got dye eye syndrome and blur up from time to time so much I can't read anything on my monitor.

Just remember, a tab control has pages. Why they are not called tabs, Mosca don't know. Mosca only pawn in game of life.

Bill, THANKS!

Okay, you want to know something embarrassing?  I selected the tab control to see what the name was so I could follow this syntax and guess what?  I had named it "Archiving."  So  yes, I was effectively setting the whole thing to invisible.

In my defense.  I have multiple eye issues with the latest being meibomian gland dysfunction.

Arrgh.

You have to refer to the tab control's Pages.

Me.myTab.Pages("Archive").Visible = False
