Also, if it is email to me for errors and db size, I use the old lotusmail.dll and do it behind the scenes.

I have a user base that I just tell them that they need to click the allow button otherwise it would let me send emails to the CEO from them without their permission and they shut up about it. ;-)

Glad I could help, Ray. For Outlook my go-to site is http://www.outlookcode.com/code.aspx

I stopped using regular Outlook automation because of the security warning that pops up whenever you try to access certain parts of the Outlook object or send an email. I use EverythingAccess.com's vbMAPI which not only gets around that but let's you use Access 2003 with Outlook 2007 and higher. It's not free but it is well-worth the price.

The correct use of .Recipients (not what I did and received "Error 5" which didn't help at all) gives me what I need. How can I learn more about the contents and correct use of the .parameters within objects?
