[MS_AccessPros] Re: Importing emails from Outlook Sent Items folder

 

I spent some time on this and can get the full address as long as the recipient isn't in my global contacts (ie. local addresses).

    Dim objOLApp As Outlook.Application

    Dim outItem As Outlook.MailItem

    Dim outFolder As MAPIFolder

    Dim DestFolder As MAPIFolder

    Dim outNameSpace As NameSpace

    Set objOLApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")

    Set outNameSpace = objOLApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")

    Set outFolder = outNameSpace.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderSentMail)

    For Each outItem In outFolder.Items

        Debug.Print outItem.Recipients().Item(1).Address

    Next

    

    Set outFolder = outNameSpace.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderSentMail)

    Set outNameSpace = objOLApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")

    Set objOLApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
