I created the class library just to show me a message(Only for test) i checkbox the Register for Com  interop and also Make assembly Com-visible and build the application and made a reference to the file ????.tlb  (my library) but still don't know how to use it from access

Open the VB Editor and choose References from the Tools menu.  If you can see the library in the list, you may be able to use it in Access 2010.  Select the library and see if you can use the objects.
