[MS_AccessPros] How do I foramt a Date/Time field to display the actual time like 12/04/2013 11:20 AM instead of 12/04/2013 12:00 AM

 

I've just sent this message earlier, there was an error occurred, I wasn't sure if it went through, so I send the message a second time.

 

My talbe has a Date/Time field. The format was set as mm/dd/yyyy hh:nn AM/PM. Why it does not display the actual time, but showing the time as 12:00 AM?
