It would help us if you always include the entire thread when responding as John did. Just respond at the top of the Reply box if online or at the top of the email if that's what you are using.
That makes it easier for us to see the whole thing without having to read several separate messages.

I will break up the tables as you suggested and use 2 primary keys per table so I can upload additional information.
Yes, I much prefer the ticker (even over CUSIP or ISIN) because I would know the tickers, rather than looking at some numbers.
