If the time shows 12:00 AM, then only a date value was entered with no time value.

My table has a date/time field.In the Field Properties section, I set the format as mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM. What caused the time section of the DateTime field displays the time as 12:00:00 AM instead of the actual time?
