In a new database, click on External Data / Access and then link the two
tables in the first database. Link the two tables from the second database
in the same way. The easy way to build two new tables is to select one of
the linked tables, copy it to the clipboard, then Paste Structure Only. Do
that for each of the two different tables.
Now comes the hard part. You can certainly build two Append queries using
the linked tables from the first database to dump the data into the new
tables you just built. If there are no conflicts of Primary Key values, you
can do the same with the other two linked tables - ending up with two merged
tables. But if you have, for example, a row in each of the two tblCustomer
linked tables that both have the same value, you'll have to massage the data
to get a proper merge.
Let me know if you have any duplicate values, and I'll try to guide you from
there. I will need to know the data types of the Primary Keys and any
Foreign Keys in both sets of tables.
