Thanks for reporting that. YOu must be using IE 8 or higher. It no longer supports that property. Comment out these two lines:
oIE.Left = (.availWidth - oIE.Width) \ 2
oIE.Top = (.availheight - oIE.Height) \ 2
All they do is center the IE window.
