Easy-squeezy, Doyce.
Start up the import wizard. When you get to the list of objects click on the Options button on the right. That expands the object box and you'll see Import/Export Specs. Check the box and click OK. That will show you a list of specs to import.
I'll never understand why those Options aren't always visible.
