I have a db that is opening in Read Only for a user. When I open the db, it does NOT open in Read Only. However, in the same folder location, they can open other dbs without Read Only. So it can't be folder permissions. I checked the permissions on the db itself and it is the same as the other dbs.
Any ideas about why this is happening?
