Thanks for your thought. I will record the ID of the editions table in the booking table. The idea is that once a booking is confirmed it should be difficult to change it. However, in our real world, I'm sure that someone will want to change a future booking for a magazine that has not yet been printed. The link between Customer / Campaign / Mag edition and subsequent Mag booking needs to be preserved.
