Steve - If this is a continuous form the user can click on the record selector (gray bar on the far left of the record) and then do a Ctrl+C to copy it.


If the form is not a continuous form you will have to use a bit of VBA code to select the record and copy it. I haven't done that in a long time but I'll see if I can find the code for you.
