You might want to check https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Should-I-create-an-Access-app-or-an-Access-desktop-database-497fd86b-e982-43c4-8318-81e6d3e711e8 to see if you want to consider moving an application to SharePoint.

I have two quick questions about Sharepoint and Access?
- Is there a Sharepoint Group similar to this Access Group that anyone knows about. I need a few tips.
- I believe an Access Database can be published to Sharepoint so it can be used from multiple locations. Is it possible just move a desktop database up to Sharepoint or will I have to build it all over again.
