David,

You can typically use an append query to get unique records into a single table again. This all depends on primary or unique keys so you don't end up with duplicates.

I have some tables that contain a lot of data.  How can I get those tables into the folder which will hold my BE data?  Or are you saying that I should not even do that?  and start all over with no data?  I sure hope I can save my data.  I guess I could create new tables and then do an update query?
