The future for Access? I really can't say, but it looks like MS is putting all its efforts into making Access a web front end. That makes no sense to me because right now the limitations are prohibitive. No code means a lot of limitation to me. Fortunately (or not), my career is taking me in a different direction. I still have applications to support and add features to but nothing like what I was doing 4 or 5 years ago. Now I mostly do DBA work. It's certainly not as much fun, but it is interesting work.
As to converting to 2013, I wouldn't bother unless you see a need for some features not in 2007. If anything, I'd convert to 2010 simply because it's a better product than 2007...at least in my opinion.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Access Developer Future
Philosophical questions:
What is the future for us Access developers with the latest versions?
I have developed many projects in Access 2007 is good idea to convert them to Access 2013 version?
A lot thanks.
