RE: [MS_AccessPros] Totals in footer of two column report. Alternate choise.

Robin,
I my test 2 column report I didn't get an extra page. It certainly should be caused by a count() in an existing header. I would check through all the format type properties of all sections.

It isn't clear whether your columns go across then down or down then across. Your subject line suggests "two column" but you also stated "fourth column".

Duane,

I have tried with the count displayed in the existing header which is an acceptable result. The only problem is that it leaves a blank page three.

Cheers,

Robin

Robin,

Try add a new top level sorting and grouping on an express like =1. Display the footer for this new section and move your count there.
