Bill,
It's a report with a sub report to display records in columns. The problem is just with the bottom 3 labels on the main report. I have narrow margins so I can fit it all on one page so I it's a tight fit but it fits fine without records in the subreport. I'm not sure what type of info you need about the design.
You might be able to see that I haven't figured out how to make the query show only one particular month at a time but I'm working on that. I'm guessing it has something to do with master/child fields.
I'm not at my office with access to the database anymore today. If you tell me what other info will be helpful I'll try to explain it from memory.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
Jessica

I took a look at your report but can't figure out why this is happening. Can you tell us more about the design?
Bill
