I'm working on a database for a publishing company to show their copyrighted songs that charted over a period of years. I'm trying to wrap my brain around the best way to show that the same song charted for multiple months. Is it best to create a date field that will be able to isolate everything in queries, or would it be better to have separate tables for each month, probably not?
