[MS_AccessPros] Forms Wizard and subforms

 

I am trying to use the Forms Wizard to create a "master" input form across all the tables. After I leave the table/field selection screen, I should be asked about how I want my sub form(s) to look.  This was not happening. 

I can use Patrons and Email tables and I get the correct next screen. If I add Status or Spouses, I don't.  I suspect a problem in my relationships but I am wondering what is going on here.  Thanks


Tables:


  • Patrons-Non duplicate contact information, Name, street address, etc.
  • Email-Any email addresses associated with the Patron. One to many
  • Status and activities-Deceased, moved, Attended a dinner, anything I might want to select on later. One to many
  • Spouses- Crosswalk to husband/wife Patron record. One to one.
