Terence-

Access 2007 and later have a feature that lets you create an InfoPath form based
on a table or query, send it, then grab the results back into a table when you
get the email answer.

I will soon have a need to send out a form, probably email, then I will want to
have that form sent back , and somehow take the data portion of the form and
import it into an access DB.

All options are open including PDF, HTML, etc, I simple want this to be
relatively easy. Has anyone done this, or does any one have suggestions ?
