It sounds like you have a very good IT department. Nice of them to give you a test environment so you can see what will happen. Access databases are supposed to be backwards compatible and usually are unless a bug causes problems with older versions of Access. That tends to happen often with new releases.

Hi Bill:

Just wanted to update you - the person in our group was not supposed to get a Win10/O365 machine (yet).  IT will be rolling him back to a Win7 machine.  IT provided me a link to test the ACCESS database in Win10 prior to our conversion to Win10.
