Hi Bill:
The error comes up when clicking a selection on the Switchboard.
On the Switchboard there are these selections:
Edit a Claim
Add a Claim
Search for a Claim
Exit
When Access opens up, the users see the Switchboard with those options. The error occurs when one of these are selected.
He tried holding down the Shift key but that didn't work. You state "if the database does have one or both of those things mentioned above and is not correctly secured..." How would I secure the switchboard?
