I've never heard of this being requested or done (I've read through postings in lots of forums for 20+ years) but that doesn't mean it couldn't.
As an alternative, you can link to an Excel worksheet and then display a datasheet view of the worksheet on an Access form. You can also duplicate some Excel charts in Access.
