[MS_AccessPros] importing a XML file

I need to import a XML file into access 2013.

I practiced with an online file that starts off

<?xml version="1.0"?><catalog><book id="bk101"><author>Gambardella, Matthew</author><genre>Computer</genre>  ......continues to proper end

 I do check structure and data when importing. and all was well. I have a table with headings and data.

Now I try the file I need to import which is UTF=8 (which is apparently the industry standard) but only

the headings are written into a file and not the values. I do check structure and data  in the dialog box when importing  but now I have only headings an  no values. What do I need to know?

First lines are

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Standard_XML_Data><Lab_Name Value="Dairy One" Name="Lab_Name"/><Sample_Data><Sample_No Value="24392380" Name="Sample_No"/><Name Value="J VAUGHN" Name="Name"/><Farm_ID Value="" Name="Farm_ID"/><Type Value="DAMP GRASS HAY" Name="Type"/><Desc_1 Value="NESBITT 2017 UNWRAPPED" Name="Desc_1"/><Desc_2 Value="NESBITT 2017 UNWRAPPED" Name="Desc_2"/><Desc_3 Value="" Name="Desc_3"/><Date_Printed Value="12/04/2017" Name="Date_Printed"/><DM Value="84.7" Name="DM"/>

and it appears to finish up properly at the end
