There is radio buttons but a data source does not appear to be used for labeling.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Need to use mutually exclusive checkboxes with data source

I am trying to make a set of checkboxes that have data source.  The problem is allowing only one checkbox to be selected.  The use of option group did not seem to be a good approach since the labels can not be associated with a query.

This application is a survey that uses random questions and most of the answers will be single responses.  For the multiple responses the checkbox work great.

Is there another approach to mutually exclusive responses using a data source?

Windows 8.1 & 10 using Access 2010 and 2013
