If you don't mind the form being non-sizable by the user, you could specify Border Style: None, and draw your own round the edges if necessary.

Since I dont want the form name displayed and every form has a heading, I got rid of the caption by putting a space there.ThanksSarah

Sarah-It's a Windows thing - changeable only perhaps via Control Panel. Note that if you set a Caption property for the form, Access will instruct Windows to display that on the title bar instead of the form name.

I am trying to control the height/size of the title. My form has a header and then it also displays the title bar. Does not look 'pretty'.Sarah

John,Yes that is what I was referirng to, how do I control this?.Under Tools, Options, Forms, there is a setting 'Use Windows Themed Controls on Forms'. Turning this on/off does not seem to make a difference.ThanksSarah

Sarah-I started to write a reply about how to size the form Header section, then I realized what you were asking. The header size (the title bar) is determined by the theme you are using in Windows. Do you want that to disappear? Note that you can control the appearance of the Max / Min and Close buttons using properties of the form.

Where is the control for the form header height. This is the line with the minimize, resize and close botton on the top of the form. Is this controlled by access or by windows?.
I am using Access 2003.
Thanks
