Try wrapping the field in a CDate(my_elookup_result), they may be coming back as strings.

Dear All,
I use ELookup to search for dates, and afterwards I applied ascending to this dates. But I found that the dates are not in the correct order, it's a mass. What shall I do? Thanks in advance.
