Yes that is what I was referirng to, how do I control this?.
Under Tools, Options, Forms, there is a setting 'Use Windows Themed Controls on Forms'. Turning this on/off does not seem to make a difference.

I started to write a reply about how to size the form Header section, then I realized what you were asking. The header size (the title bar) is determined by the theme you are using in Windows. Do you want that to disappear? Note that you can control the appearance of the Max / Min and Close buttons using properties of the form.
